India may soon have a compulsory CSR Framework and policy. Indian public and private sector are largely taking up philanthropic driven commitment to CSR while there is a need to shift focus on National priorities and to adopt global best practices in CSR. • Constant follow up with the beneficiaries to ensure employment retention for at least 1 year
• Providing alternate job opportunities in case of any dropouts within a year. Uplifting the BPL category and raising their overall annual income by equipping them with sustainable technical and life skills
